2. Processing & Delivery

2.1 Processing Time

· Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

· Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

2.2 Shipping Timelines

· Fast Shipping: 

Gujarat: 3-4 business days after dispatch

Other States: 4-6 business days after dispatch

· Flat Shipping: 

Gujarat: 5-6 business days after dispatch

Other States: 6-8 business days after dispatch

· Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

2.3 Delivery Charges

· Shipping costs depend on your location.

· Please review your order summary at checkout for specific charges.

3. Order Tracking

· Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Failed Delivery & Returns

4.1 Failed Delivery

· If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or the recipient's absence, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

· The return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund due.

4.2 Damaged Products & Unboxing Video Requirement

· If you receive a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory to process a return or refund.

· The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.

The unboxing process without interruptions.

The damaged product and close-ups of the issue.

· Failure to provide an unboxing video may lead to rejection of the return request.
